By accessing or using Loanlytix Service,you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the security of your account credentials.
Security Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
- We reserve right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity
Minimum age requirement: 18 years. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
Monthly Subscription
- Non-transferable license
- No customization allowed
- Auto-renewing until canceled
Leasing (6+ Months)
- Branding customizations included
- Core features cannot be modified
- Maintenance included
Full Purchase
- Exclusive use rights
- Hosting option available
- Self-hosting permitted
Payment Terms:
- All fees are non-refundable
- 30-day notice for plan cancellation
- Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Loanlytix retains all ownership rights to the software, documentation, and related materials.
License Scope:
- Subscription: Limited, non-exclusive license
- Full Purchase: Perpetual license for internal use only
- No rights to source code except for self-hosted full purchase
Prohibited:
- Reverse engineering or decompiling
- Creating derivative works
- Removing proprietary notices
5. Data Management & Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you input into the system. We process data according to our Privacy Policy.
Our Responsibilities:
- Implement industry-standard security measures
- Maintain confidentiality of your data
- Provide data export upon request
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal basis for data processing
- Obtain necessary consents from end-users
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
6. Prohibited Uses & Limitations
Strictly Prohibited:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities
- Reselling or redistributing without authorization
- High-risk activities where failure could lead to death or serious injury
- Bypassing security mechanisms
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loanlytix shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Damages exceeding fees paid in the 12 months preceding claim
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
7. Termination & Suspension
By You:
- 30-day written notice required
- Payment obligations continue through termination date
- Data available for export for 30 days post-termination
By Us:
- Immediate termination for breach of terms
- 30-day notice for non-payment
- Right to suspend service during investigations
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction:
Laws of the Republic of Zambia
Dispute Resolution:
Mandatory arbitration in Lusaka, Zambia under the Arbitration Act No. 19 of 2000
Class Action Waiver:
Claims must be brought individually
Arbitration Details:
- Proceedings conducted in English
- Each party bears own costs unless arbitrator decides otherwise
- Award enforceable in any Zambian court of competent jurisdiction
9. Amendments to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification to account administrators
- In-app notification banner 30 days before changes
- Updated Last Updated date on this page
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
